Villa Alfred is located in Northern Corfu only 80 meters from the sandy beach of Agios Spiridon .This holiday villa is fully air conditioned and sleeps up to 7 people and it has a private swimming pool. The first floor of the villa has a large open plan living area with galley kitchen and a conservatory with fantastic views to the sea and over the private pool. There is also a twin bedroom and separate w/c. On the ground floor (pool level) there is a self contained apartment with twin bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. (Entrance from pool patio) On the 2nd floor (top floor) there is 1 air conditioned bedroom (double) and a bathroom. Doors open to a roof terrace with wonderful views. An extra bed (folding) can be provided for an additional child if required. The living room has comfortable sofas, WiFi Internet, DVD player, ornamental fire place and valuables safe. There are patio doors to the pool terrace. The kitchen features: full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a barbecue located by the swimming pool. Villa Alfred has 3 air conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 2 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. If an additional bed is required there is 1 folding bed. The villa can sleep up to 7 people. Villa Alfred has 3 bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is a family bathroom with bath and shower. W/C. Bathroom 2 is a family bathroom with shower. W/C. Bathroom 3. W/C.
