Private detached villa for 6-7 guests (Cat.3 stars) Location: High above the romantic fishing village of Kalami there is the small, traditional village of Gimari that consists only of a few houses. Corfiot village life in a picture: In the middle of the small village there is the 200 year old property "Villa Chrysoula" surrounded by olive trees and grape vines. From here you have a wonderful view over the coast and the sea to Albania. Shops and several tavernas can be found in Kalami, a rental car is recommended. Description: The hillside cottage type D has been renovated with great attention to detail while retaining the traditional atmosphere. You enter the house (due to the slope) via an outside staircase and reach a covered porch with large dining table and chairs, from here doors lead to the hallway, the kitchen and the cozy living room with sofa, TV, DVD player and Internet. There are three bedrooms with double or twin beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. Each bedroom with air conditioning (included). There are two separate bathrooms (1 with tub, sink, toilet, 1 shower, wash basin and toilet) and a washing machine. From the properly equipped kitchen (dining table, chairs) with electric stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher access via stairs to a further, partially covered patio with garden furniture. From here you reach the BBQ area and the beautifully situated swimming pool (approx. 30 m²) with sunshades and loungers. From this part of the garden as well as from two of the bedrooms you have a fantastic view of the sea! In the basement of the house - completely separate - living the parents of the owner, a very friendly and lovable couple. Villa Chrysoula is certainly one of our most beautiful properties in Corfu, it has plenty of atmosphere and flair! The house has received several awards and of course has many regular customers.
