Villa Felicia is a charming Corfu rental property, centrally located in the traditional village of Nymfes, with beautiful private garden and exceptional balconies with stunning sea and sunset views all the way up to the Italian coasts.
The house is ideal for a group of friends or a family of up to eight (8) people, who can be accommodated in four (4) bedrooms and the ground floor is suitable for persons with special needs.
This, really value for money rental house, overlooks the open sea all the way up to the small islands of Mathaki, Othonoi and Erikousa (Diapontia Islands) as well as to Albanian and Italian coasts. It is fully air-conditioned and just a short drive to Roda or Acharavi.

Layout

Villa Felicia is split in two levels.
A metal road gate opens to the beautiful garden and through a small pavement to the main entrance on the ground floor.
It features an open plan area nicely decorated with fire place, comfortable sitting and dining facilities and large balcony doors overlooking the sea.
Adjacent to this area is set a fully equipped kitchen with utility room and the washing machine, a guests’ WC, one double and one twin bedroom, both easily accessed by a wheel chair. The bedrooms share in between a large bathroom with hot tab and shower.
The interior wooden staircase lands onto the upper level, which houses a second double bedroom, a twin and a shower room. These bedrooms have access to an upper front balcony with amazing sea views.

Outdoors

The ground floor front balcony surrounds the whole building and enjoys unobstructed sea and sunset views to the open sea and the Diapontia islands.
The views are exceptional and villa Felicia boasts of one of the best angles to these magnificent views in the area.
The furnished garden runs at the back of the house to take advantage of the elevated position and the distance sea views. It features sun loungers and a built up angular sofa for extra relaxation.

The house is only a step away from the local Water Falls, with a traditional taverna nearby, five historical churches  and a fifteen minute drive from lively Roda and beaches.
Nimfes is considered as one of the last local villages which still keeps its traditional character and charm.
