Nireas Studios & Apartments is a holiday complex of 5,385m2 and is located in the northern part of Corfu Island, in the centre of Acharavi, one of Corfu's most popular tourist resorts. Our holiday studios and apartments are conveniently located less than five minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants of the village of Acharavi and 38km from the Town of Corfu.
Corfu island is considered one of the prime vacation spots world-wide, attracting thousands of visitors every year and is distinguished by both traditional Greek and European characteristics, which have influenced Corfu's physical appearance and culture as well as the personality of the inhabitants. The island is verdant and has many lovely beaches ideal for swimming and sunbathing, while several areas offer magnificent sunset views.
Our sea side studios and apartments consist of five independent buildings that are either two or three storey high and in total they cover 27% of the total estate surface facilitating the comforts of a stress free and economic holiday in Corfu, providing a home atmosphere away from home. The remaining 73% of the estate surface is covered in vegetation, with lawns and beautifully shaped gardens, ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation in one of the prime vacation resorts world-wide, attracting thousands of visitors every year.
In total there are 11 cheap sea side studios and 13 holiday apartments in Acharavi which differ in style and have been designed in a way to combine the contemporary with the traditional Corfiot architecture.

There is a fully furnished 15m2 bedroom, with a satellite TV and an 11.33m2 sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen corner
The 5.8m2 bathroom has a hair dryer and is located between the two rooms.
The studio rooftop is wooden, making it a cosy atmosphere.
The studio connects to a 20m2 roof-terrace, which is built in a way that ensures privacy from the beach crowds and the neighbouring houses; ideal for relaxation and sunbathing.
The roof-terrace has a spectacular 180o view.
To your North, you can enjoy the view of the entire bay of St. George running all the way from Rhoda to St. Aikaterini's cape. While to your South, you can admire the mountain top of Pantokrator covered in olive groves blotted with little villages.
