At CorfuNorth.Com we are committed to protect your privacy. It is occasionally necessary for us to collect information about you to process bookings and to provide a more personalized experience. We make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of all information you provide us as part of this process. When you book with CorfuNorth.Com, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address and telephone number. CorfuNorth.Com does not make its mailing list available to third parties.

Vacation Rentals Booking Conditions
Client: The Client means the person completing the Booking Form and in addition all other persons on whose behalf he/she is completing the same.

Owner: The legal owner or the manager of the property.
Booking Deposit: The Booking Deposit is the 30% of the total accommodation cost.
Balance: Remaining balance payable 8 weeks (56 days) prior arrival.
Last minute reservations will be confirmed subject to prompt settlement of the full amount payable.

The booking is not valid until the completed and signed Booking Form and appropriate Booking Deposit Fee have been received by CorfuNorth.Com and CorfuNorth.Com have sent confirmation of the booking to the Client.

On completion of the booking, the payment of a Booking Deposit Fee of 25% of the total cost must be made to CorfuNorth.Com . The balance / remaining payment must be paid upon arrival . In the case of non-payment on the due date, CorfuNorth.Com reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Booking Deposit Fee is forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

It sometimes happens that due to unforeseen circumstances you cannot come to Corfu and your holiday needs to be cancelled. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your email, fax or letter. If you cancel after we confirm your booking, you must compensate us for losses, as we incur costs from the moment you make the booking. The closer your cancellation is to the arrival date, the less likely we are to recover these costs by re-selling the accommodation or holiday extras. The amount we can refund becomes less as your arrival date approaches, as shown below. If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, you should be able to recover your payments made. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned. We will provide a cancellation letter stating the payments paid.

The following refunds will apply:
Cancellation of accommodation: loss of 30% deposit.
Balance refund condidtions:
If the accommodation balance has been paid and the accommodation is at a later date cancelled, the following refund of the balance payment will be given:
More than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to arrival a refund of 70%
55 days – 48 days prior to arrival a refund of 60%
47 days – 40 days prior to arrival a refund of 40%
39 days – 32 days prior to arrival a refund of 30%
33 days – 26 days prior to arrival a refund of 20%
25 – 1 days prior to arrival, or no show, no refund will be given.

Payment Option :

By Bank: You can send us your deposit or your remaining balance through your bank to the reservation manager’s bank account. This will be provided to you upon the confirmation of the reservation.

Client’s Obligations
The Client agrees:
a. To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the letting period.
b. To permit the Owners or their agents reasonable access to the property to carry out urgent maintenance.
c. The parking of caravans or pitching of tents on the grounds of the property is strictly forbidden.

Travel Information
The Client is responsible for his/her travel documentation (passports, driving licenses, vehicle registration documents, motor insurance, etc.).

The Client agrees to pay for any breakage, losses or damage to the property, its fittings, fixtures or contents caused or arising during the letting period. Should a Client be responsible for damage to or loss of any item of the property inventory during the letting period, a charge will be made locally to cover the cost of replacement or repair.

If You Have a Complaint
Complaints must be made to CorfuNorth.Com immediately, to allow the opportunity of rectifying any problem. Complaints received after the end of the letting period cannot be accepted. We cannot accept responsibility for events outside our control, e.g. breakdown of domestic equipment, bad weather and natural phenomena or the actions of carrier companies.

Cancellation / Alteration by CorfuNorth.Com
In the unlikely event that CorfuNorth.Com have to cancel a booking after the booking has been completed, the Client will be informed without delay. CorfuNorth.Com will make every reasonable effort to offer the choice of an alternative equivalent accommodation or the Booking Deposit Fee will be refunded.

Non Availability of Property
If, for any reason beyond our control, e.g. fire, death, etc. the property is not available on the date booked, the Booking Deposit Fee will be refunded. The Client shall have no further claim against CorfuNorth.Com.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The above Terms and Conditions are subject to minor changes upon mutual agreement between the client and CorfuNorth.Com.
